Full Stack Java Angular Developer (Lisbon Based, Flexible Hybrid Model)

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Angular Developer:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- As the tech lead of the team, you take responsibility for the development and operation of your 
innovative products; 
- The team acts with maximum independence with full focus on dynamic tour planning; 
- You take an agile, iterative, and incremental approach: this includes carrying out proof of concepts 
(POC) for new features and technologies and evaluating the potential benefits; 
- You work in an interdisciplinary manner with the specialist departments and customers; 
- As part of DevOps, you will be closely involved in all stages of development from design to operation; 
- You realize product ideas based on state-of-the-art technologies; 
- This includes the implementation of microservices in the cloud and the use of artificial intelligence; 
- Together with our customers and other international teams, you will create real value, drive 
digitalization, and modernize.

What we need:
- Computer science degree or equivalent; 
- Several years of experience as software engineer, ideally in the field of logistics; 
- Several years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate; 
- Several years of experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript; 
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL; 
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Docker and Kubernetes; 
- Excellent knowledge of debugging practices and techniques; 
- Experience working with FIGMA is a Plus; 
- Good English skills; 
- Good time management skills, and Team Player; 
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company’ success; 
- German skills are a plus.

- Worktime flexibility: The work regime is hybrid and after the first month you will be in the office between 1 and 2 days a month. In the first few months the frequency is higher, around once a week in the first month. It is very important to be physically present at the technical interview and on the first day of work. The working regime is a very flexible hybrid, starting at 20% face-to-face and rising to 5% over the course of the months.
